What you’ll be doing

 

We're looking for a talented individual to take on a role within inGEM as a Product Coordinator for our technology solutions that serve the Attractions market (zoos, museums, aquariums).  You will be working independently utilizing our online platforms to build out our customer’s technology solutions.  You’ll take on projects as assigned and work through various assets to build a final quality product that the customer can start using right away.  You’ll be a key member of our small, nimble team that is hyper focused on developing and delivering creative solutions for our customers.   

This is a 32-hour-a-week position with full benefits that is remote - potential to move up to full-time is possible.  Occasional in person meetings in Denver will be required and may increase over the coming year so we will need someone that can be comfortable with both situations.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert in our suite of online tools (websites, mapping, eCommerce, video, and game platforms)

  • Configure customer solutions as scheduled by Customer Success Manager utilizing data and assets from various sources (data and content uploading)

  • Quality assurance of implemented websites before presenting to clients

  • Diagnose customer reported problems and manage to resolution -  including ability to communicate with technical team to troubleshoot

  • Participate in daily and weekly team and client meetings as directed

  • Regularly making suggestions on strategies, new products & features

  • Administrative tasks and project management system responsibilities

  • Assist product manager with testing of new features when required

  • Reports to Product Manager to determine additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Working with the inGEM team to create and implementing architectural design and documentation

  • Taking a solution from concept to reality individually or within the team setting

  • Reviewing other developers’ work for accuracy and functionality

  • Staying up to date with new technology and teaching other developers how to incorporate new trends

  • Evaluate, select, and provide 3rd party solutions where appropriate

  • Generating ideas with team members and offering insightful solutions

  • Taking responsibility for all development work and ownership of thorough quality control

  • Key contributor to front and back end development of websites and apps

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to handle fast-paced projects

  • Comfortable with Gsuite and Spreadsheets (you’ll be creating and using them a lot)

  • Simple graphic editing skills a big plus

  • Comfortable working with online platforms and can easily learn new technologies and visualize their applications and benefits

  • Strong independent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze issues

  • Extremely detail oriented

  • Self-motivated and does what it takes to hit deadlines and always communicates issues with deadlines ahead of time

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task - managing multiple issues/projects

  • Excellent communicator - asks questions before deadlines are due

  • Highly skilled in verbal and written communication and comfortable interacting with people at all levels of client organizations

  • Business minded - understands how what they are doing translates into customer and product success
